My name is Mohammed Abu-Hadba, I lived most of my life outside of Jordan and I just moved to Khalid, Jordan. I signed up with Blue Zone ( They Should Call it Blue Hole), 4 MG, and most of my work is online, and the work it should take me 1 hour it takes me 4 hours. I tired customer Service ( The make you do speed test every time you call) , and tired bring the Tac man (Also charge me for it), I finally decided to go to the head office.
I met with a manager "Mohammed" and I told him my store, he felt bad and he even gave me his cell #, Called him over 10 times with no answer.
I'm so frustrated with this unprofessional company and I finally decided to break my contact with them because there's no solution, and I would hope no one in this world will go through what I went through with "Interent from HELL" Zone.
