Customer service excellent. We all know snacks at cinemas are very pricey however today the manager there did the extra mile. They were out of large size popcorn they wanted to sell me either the medium or extra large. So I asked to put popcorn large portion in an extra large box they refused and wanted to charge me for the extra large popcorn. I asked to talk to the manager then he gave me the extra large free of charge. This is what expected of a classy first class service. Thank you manager.
Great place. Experienced staff. Life guards are very friendly. Mohammad Ibrahim a restaurant manager extremely knows what a customer service is. Dinners are little pricey. But in general was good experience.
They burned my jacket, the waiter dropped a charcoal on it. The manager came and told me he will buy me the same jacket. Next day he asked me to talk to his finance manager, and this manager told me he is sorry that my jacket got burned but he can't do anything about it. Very low integrity. It was the last time I went there.
My nephew joined this school in the middle of the year. His mom was happy in general about the school. However, my sister invited me and my kids to her son's KG graduation. I took my kids (6 and 11) years old there. Surprisingly found that kids under 10 are not allowed to get in. Like what,,,,the party is for 6 years kids and 10 and under are not allowed. I tried to talk to the general principle, she upsets me a lot because she refused to discuss the topic and to convince me why she had such a rule. Well you are working in an IB school where everything should be taught be logic, discussion, and thinking out of the box. You refused to even discuss and refuse to think what are the implications of your rule on families and kids. I was really upset when I was seeing parents coming to the ball room and their tears in their eyes because their younger kids can't attend their brother/sister graduation. It was so sad and why: only to stick to a RULE there is no meaning behind it.
This restaurant is way over rated. Crowded, high prices and not enough employees.
We went to dine there one night and we ask for Falfel, hummus and foul. Then I asked for a vegetable plate which they call it a service plate. It came with six half slices of tomato (less than a quarter of one tomato), 4 olives, few pickles. I asked the waiter ( this plate costs 1.5 JD) this is not enough and they have to put more, he called the manager and he also refused to add more slices of tomato then he brought another plate and charged us for it. Very bad customer service.
Then one day I went to get Friday's breakfast, other than waiting in line for 20 min to get to the cashier, I have to wait 10 min to get my Falfel and another 10 min to get my hummus. I got 2 can of hummus and 1 can of foul, the guy put me one small can salsa (garlic and lemon) for all. I asked for another one since I am buying 3 cans of hummus and foul he said you have to go pay for it. I asked how much he said 20 cent. What?? The guy called the manager to talk to me. He repeated the same thing the employee said. I told him I should get one salsa for each can. He said you have to pay for it. What a low class place with very bad management.
I have been with Orange for 3 years. This review is about the premium msgs they charge for. All of the sudden I start seeing on my bill like 10 JD every month for premium msgs. When I called to ask about they said I have participated with a company to send me ad msgs. Which I never did. So I asked them and why u r the one who is collecting did I sign on that, they said no, I told did I receive anything from the msg company that they will charge and how much I will be charged, NO I didn't. Isn't this a fraud from the msg company and Orange is helping them to collect money and most probably take percentage of that. Fraud.
He is one of the famous doctors in Amman, however he is one of those doctors who don't care about your time. His office gives you an appointment and when you go there to find out that the clinic is full of people and he is not there because he doesn't tell his office if he is in the delivery room or just relaxing at his home.
Then when u ask the office why you didn't call to change the apt, they say because the doctor doesn't allow us to do so.
Then when I decided to leave and not wait 1,2,3, or 4 hours -god knows, asked the office to ask the doctor to call me when he has a minute and Of course have not heard from anyone.
We are the people who allow such doctors to treat us that way.
This place need new management. It is not used in its full potential. Here is my experience.
Security machine was not working, which results to have more than 100 people at the entrance of the hotel waiting for the security people to do the checking manually.
The entrance at the women pool was having more than 200 ladies getting into one small door to have every single lady give away her cell phone and do the documentation for it. Waiting time under the sun was more than one hour.
Went to the room there was no hot water, apparently the water pump was not working....again.
The suite is very very small with only one bath room.
Down at the restaurants no fresh juices of any kind.. What!!!!
Breakfast buffet was very low quality.
Don't go there till you make sure that they have a new management. :(
