Dear: General Manager.
I would like to complain about the service that I have gotten of Mitsubishi Motors customer's service through three visits to get any professional solution related my car issue which is I have picked it up nearly a couple months ago brand new.
I am complaining because I haven’t got any response about my car issue. To resolve this problem I would like to meet the General Manager in person.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Al-Bayader Customer's service and informed them about my car issue at your company, and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because the Head office (Al-Abdali) said something completely different about my car's case moreover they said we already knew about this MANUFACTURE ERROR FOR MITSUBISHI L200 SPORTERO 2016 and we are waiting to get a solution from abroad after that I have tried to contact the same person to get any update for that but unfortunately nobody has answer my calls any more.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within two days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives I may be contacted at my phone number.
