The place is nice and everything, the staff however are horrible .. No respect whatsoever its a shame that such a nice location and design are being run by such low quality people ... 100% not going there anytime soon

Cantaloupe is a really nice upscale restaurant. It's suitable for a lot of things. You can do on a date, you can chill with friends, have a nice dinner with the family. I've heard that it has goof food but I haven't tried anything but the crab salad which was good. It's a chill place, not too loud and crowded at least not on the weekends. The view and the glass walls are a plus!

The staff in the restaurant are great... The ones at the entrance below need to be a little nicer... Valet ppl... Don't make any sense... If I don't give you my car it's just coz I don't appreciate you driving it!!! I would even park 10 miles away than give it to you, not coz I'm cheap... I'm already going to pay 30jds a person at least but coz I simply DONT WANNA GIVE IT TO YOU!!!!!

I simply love this place.

Perfect for a date , business lunch/dinner and even meeting friends for a quiet and entertaining evening.

The food is super good.

The outside terrace and bar are super nice.

Beware it is considered expensive.

I went to this place for a business dinner and it did not disappoint at all. It the sophistication you would expect from such a place yet the location and view was very local. It was quiet but not too quiet and the service was quite good.

I ordered the mini burgers and the buffalo wings they were excellent.

This is also a great place for a first date!

Went with a group of friends for lunch, it was not busy which is a plus. the appetizers were good and nicely presented. I ordered the grilled fish, the presentation was beautiful but I didnt like the fish itself. The deserts were very good. (the service was good and no issues with the waiters).

The atmosphere of the place is nice and the restrooms are clean.

What I like about this place more than anything is their outside seating area in the summer. It's in Jabal Amman overlooking an amazing view of old Amman. Nothing is better than having a drink on their terrace at night.

The decoration is cozy, might be considered a bit fancier than other similar places by some. The food is excellent, I tried the very yummy grilled shrimps and their very fresh Beef Thai Salad.

I would say it is a bit pricey, depending on what you order, but for me it is worth the money you pay.

The service is very good as well. It was a bit chilly so the waiter brought us some sort of a cover or a scarf as we were sitting outside. I thought that was very nice and considerate of them.

If you want to go to this place you definitely need to make reservations and at least one day in advance! It is always fully booked.

Not only is the food and service good but the atmosphere of the restaurant is just great! One of my favorite in the summer as it is all about the view of old town down!
