Tried to Call them to get an estimate about some lab work, they kept transferring me from one person to another. They asked me to send copy of exams on whatsapp, which i already did. However, the never responded. So I called them again, and this time I have been transferred at least 5 times until another lady asked me about my number and to post a message again on whatsapp. .I can even hear the ladies socializing in the background when I am put on hold. I already did sent other messages per instructions, and no one even responded to my messages.
I have not been even to the clinic and the service is already bad, cant imagine how bad would it be being onsite.... I would not recommended this place to any one.
تجربتي مع الوزاراه هي بخصوص تجديد أقامة عمل للخدامه و أقل ما يمكن أن يقال أن وزاراة العمل هي عباراه عن مجموعه غير مؤهله من الموظفيين و همها الوحيد التنكيد و التصعيب على المواطن. بشكل سريع نشوف عملية التجديد
1- عمل فحص طبي بالجاردنز و الانتظار 4-5 أيام للنتيجه (30 دينار)
2- الذهاب الى الدوار الثالت و أصدار تأمين صحي(120 دينار لسنه خبره, 100 لسنتين, و 80 لفوق السنتين)
3- الذهاب الى مكتب العمل المخصص لمنطقتك (والي أكيد ما بتعرفو و بدك تخلع مشوار عوزارة العمل عشان تعرفو) و أصدار بطاقة العمل(430 دينار ما بتعرف لشو بالفاتوره)
4- الذهاب الى المخفر و أصدار بطاقة الأقامه(30 دينار)
طبعا السنه الماضيه كنت تعمل خطوه 2 و 3 في نفس المكان بالوزاره بالعبدلي و بتكلفة تأمين لا تزيد عن 25 دينار بغض النظر عن سنوات الخبره. بالنهايه عملية التجديد أرتفعت كلفتها و صار بدها وقت و جهد أكبر و صار بدك تلف عمان عشان تخلص المعامله. بالنهايه الجهابذه الي بالوزاره الي مفروض يخففو عن المواطن برفعو الأسعار و بصعبو المعامله. يعني شو فيها أذا فكرنا شوي و طورنا العمليه؟؟ شو المشكله أذا وفرت الوزاراه الخدمات هاي كله بمكان واحد؟ طيب ليش ما نصير نتسخدم البريد بتجديد المعاملات زي ما هالعالم الي بره بعملو؟
خدمات بعد البيع سيئه جدا و بحاولو يطلعو الحق عليك عشان ما يتصلح بالكفاله. يعني لابتوب جديد ضرب الهارد ديسك و الشاشه بأقل من سنه. لما وديت الجهاز فكيت الهارد ديسك عشان عليه شغلات خاصه و سلمتو. المهم رجعو الجهاز و رفضو يزبطو الشاشه لأنو الجهاز مفتوح و بالأخير وافقت و قلت بصلح الشاشه على حسابي. بس المشكله لما أستلمت الجهاز لاقيتهم كسريين الكيبورد و رفضت أستلم الجهاز غير لما يرجعو زي ما سلمتو.
و هي الجهاز قلو عندهم شهر و أخر مره حكيت مع المدير قبل 10 أيام دق على صدرو و حكى الموضوع عندي.
رحت مبارح أشوف شو صار بالجهاز لقيت أنو الجهاز لسه بالخزانه و ما تحرك من سمارت باي و صارو يألفو قصص عشان ما يصلحو. المهم أجت مسوؤلة خدمة العملاء و دقت على صدرها و أعطتني أحكي مع رقم عشان أتابع عالوضوع و بحكي مع الرقم من الصبح ما برد.
و طبعا غير هيك في وحدة بخدمة الزبائن و قحه و بتحاول تلبسني موضوع الكيبورد لأنها أستلمتو و أنا وقعت على الوصل و ما كان في أي كسر بالكيبورد.
الخلاصه: شركة سيئه جدا و ما بنصح أي حدا يتعامل معهم
I went there last Thursday with the kids and I can say it was a really horrible experience. It started by no one answering the phone to buy tickets so I ended up going there to find seats available only in the third row.
So after buying the tickets, I went to buy some drinks and popcorn to find out that the Slush Machine is not working. I asked for a salt shaker to add more salt to the popcorn and they told me that the pop corn is already salted, which it was not. I had to go around to different people on the counter until finally some one gave me a salt shaker.
And finally, the movie was supposed to start at 9:45 but the theater was not ready so we ended up waiting for another 20 minutes to get in.
All in all, the facilities are good, but the place is badly managed.
من أسوأ التجارب في مطاعم عمان. طبعا أنا روحت خلال شهر رمضان للأفطار و حضور مسرحية وطن على وتر. بشكل عام, الواحد كان حاسس حالو بحسبه مش بمطعم, فوضى و عدم تنظيم و ناس دافعه و مافي محلات تقعد.
الأكل سئ جدا و ناشف و مافي تشكيله تسوى ال 55+ دينار عالواحد. الماء الي على الطاوله سخن و حاطين لكل واحد كباية عصير تمر هندي سخنه. غير هيك شوربة العدس الي على الطاوله بارده و ما القها طعم.
ما بنصح أي حادا يروح برمضان لأنها ببساطه مش مستاهله و ما بتسوى.
The place is really nice but it is badly managed. They are out of Decaf coffee for almost 10 days ( I go there almost every morning). The oven behind the cashier is also not working for almost two weeks. Whenever the staff wants to heat food, they go down stairs to the drive through area to heat up food which adds to customers waiting time.
The internet barely works and when it works it is dead slow. The cups and mugs show table is full of dust and seems like it has not been cleaned up for days.
To sum it up, the place doesnt live up to Starbucks standards and for sure is badly managed.
Good Food, Bad service. I called them on the phone for an order and told them that I will pick up the order in an hour. I went there on time and i was shocked as they have not started preparing my order. I really dont like to wait, and thats why i ordered via phone. I had to wait for 25-30 minutes to get the order ready.
What pissed me off more is that instead of apologizing for the delay, the dork guy over there said that i was there early. (yeaaahh, i was there 2 minutes earlier)
Please hire people who knows how to deal with customers.

The service was really bad, seems like they have shortage in staff or the place is just mismanaged
I ordered my food at 5:30 PM and it arrived at 8:45 PM
The place seemed disorganized as waiters kept going around with food dishes asking people about what they ordered.
The manager apologized to me about delay more than one time and said that they food will be given for free as hospitality, however, they charged me for it
The 2 stars were given because the food tasted good, other than that, place is not recommended.
I am completely unpleased with the service provided by Arab Orient Insurance. The insurance company has denied coverage for a x-ray picture three days prior to insurance expiration date giving excuses such as we are negotiating a new contract??
The company doesnt cover some medications as some have a waiting period for 1 year before it is covered under insurance. I understand the reasons behind the waiting period, but to wait for one year is completely not acceptable.
Finally, the approval system as a whole is not customer oriented where you have to wait for approval for each medicine or medical exam you need to take. While this could be a common practice, it should not be for everything you need to do. Things with specific limits need to be approved and there should be a pre-approved list for common things.
فصلت عندهم خزاين للحيط و جنانوني بصراحه. مواعيد سيئه و بتحكي معهم و بققولك بكره و كل ما تحكي بحكولك بكره. و أخر مره حكيت معهم بحكولي بنشر الترك بالطريق.
المهم بعد شهر من المتابعه و صلت الخزايين بس في درفتين خشب مضروبيين. طبعاً حكولي بنبعتلك الدهيين يزبطهم بس رفضت وخليتهم ياخدوهم و يصلحوهم و يرجعهوم.
المهم بعد يوميين اجو ركابوهم و حكى معي مدير المصنع و بعتلي علاقة جرافتات هديه تعويض للتأخير و الخدمه السيئه!!!!!
One of my favorite restaurants in Amman. The food and the service are both excellent. The sheesha is really good. Sometimes its not easy to find a place if you dont reserve ahead of time.
Other than that, I highly recommend the place especially for some one who wants to try something different.
I bought a new 47 Inch LG Smart TV which came with a free Blu-ray player. As soon as I plugged the player and connected to Internet, I was asked to update the software. However, after the update completed, the player would not boot up.
I took the player to LG service center in Tabrboor, and they told me that the board is no longer working and needs a new one. They asked me to pay 90 JD to replace it and I refused to pay. I explained to them that the thing stopped working because of the software update and I have nothing to do with the failed hardware and that the replacement should be for free.
The service center refused to do so so I escalated to customer service center in Shemesani where they tried to help, but could no do anything unless I pay the 90 JD.
Any how, I told them to keep the player as I wont be fixing it unless they do it for no charge.
One of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. You cant withdraw more than 500 JD from any branch unless you go the branch where your account resides. I have many fights with branch managers trying to withdraw more than 500 JD's. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didnt. If the branch manager approves it, you have to wait until they send a fax to the branch where you account resides and get their approval.
Also, my online account was locked because i entered the wrong password more than one time. I called more than one time to unlock the account, and it never happened, although they said that account will be unlocked in a few minutes. I stopped using the online service since then..
Not only that customer service is poor, but you feel that you are dealing with a bank in the 70's of last century.
Finally, you maybe asking why i wouldnt switch to a different bank. The answer is I cant at the time being since I have a loan where i still need 2 years to cover it up.
As soon as the loan is paid off, I will no longer deal with such a poor bank
A very nice place to have Sheesha and play PS3. The Sheesha is really good and the service is excellent. The food is also decent if you are planning to eat there. This place is the only place which I can find in Amman where you can play online with decent internet connections. The only negative is the prices are a bit high compared to other places.
Highly recommended if you are an online Gamer who like to play and have Sheesha.
The place is really nice with a play area for kids. The food was excellent and sheesha was also good. However, there a couple of negatives. First, the service was below average as it took them about 25 minutes just to take the order, the food came late and the sheesha guy is almost no where to be found when you need to replace the charcoal.
Second, the place is really expensive compared to other places as we paid over 90 JD for 2 adults and 3 kids.
