Although I am a regular customer yet I was disappointed with Zara Home Abdalli Mall It's sale time Yet the items that were red tagged with a price, differed on the cash register eg an item red tagged with a price of 13JOD, then it became 19JOD on the cash-register On inquiring the staff could not come with any explanation more than "the system gave me this price". excuse me Is this a trap???? Very disappointed
Disappointed with today's attitude. After I was asked to wait more than half an hour a customer walked in and was ushered to a vacant table which was supposed to be prepared to us. When contested the attendant to came with an excuse that "the customer found his way to the table" in contrary to what I was witnessing.despite their efforts to apologize I had to leave to keep my respect. This is the treatment given to a loyal and a regular customer.

Writing this to express my dissatisfaction for a customer service rendered by the call centre. I called four days ago for a problem encountered with my internet. Till date NO ONE called to inform me for the services. As the problem still persisted, even worse, I called today early morning and only I received the assurance of accelerating my complain to
fixing it. Do you think it was solved. Services not worth the money I pay regrettably. This make me to switch providers
