Staff is nice but the manager is rude. He controls where you sit even if he has to lie that the table you chose is reserved; I don't know why he does that but it's rude. I used to love this place untill I ate and got food poisoning (giardia)..you can google that!!! I had diarrhea and abdominal cramps for weeks untill i went to a doctor and diagnosed me with giardia. I think the manager has to put some effort into making sure the kitchen is sanitized like he does when he chooses the place where you sit when the place is empty and no tables are reserved but he CLAIMS they are!! I donot recommended that you eat in this place.
A very friendly place, good bar and food, excellent steaks served as requested, which is quite unusual these days. Can get a little noisy at times, but well, that happens when people are enjoying a place. Well worth visiting.
Having heard so much about it, I was expecting a lot from this place. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed with the service and the waiters working there.
The owners/managers of the place are known to be good at such things, and to be fair to the manager, she chatted with us for a bit and asked us what we thought of the food and drinks, so she was way more attentive to the customers than the waiters themselves.
Apart from that, the quality of food and drinks is good, they seriously have the best Bloody Mary I ever had in Amman, made with fresh cherry tomato juice!
Oh by the way, they have a happy hour - 50% off on all drinks I think - Ends at 7.00 PM, not sure when it starts.
I will give this place another chance soon.
