i registered for ielts exam and they gave a access to free online practice for 10 hours along with the registration, the username and password that they gave did not work, and i could not study online, i called them several times, emailed the british council to help as my exam date was coming closer, eventually when no one replied to email, i had to go myself to the council and ask, the staff was unhelpful, and they simply said this is a free facility that we are offering and if its not working its not our problem, OKAY Well if you are offering some thing then be sure that its working,whats the point in wasting the students time if the site is not working, infact the site doesnt say anything of the sort that its under construction/ something!! but instead of helping me they just found a illogical way out by saying that site is not working!! and when i asked them to compensate by extending my exam date to a week, they refused!!!!! dont give fake usernames/passwords to studentas to give them high hopes if you know that the site doesnt work!!!!! if you want students to buy books and study material from you simply inform them in the first visit! horrible experience!!!
