صراحه مطعم اكثر من رائع و خدمتو جيده

انشالله يكملو على نفس هالطريق و بالتوفيق

رحنا اليوم الجمعة على أساس نتغدا، المطعم كمطعم حلو كديكور وقعدة لكن الخدمة كانت سيئة جداً حيث عندما كنت أطلب الغداء كان الويتر ينشغل بأمور أخرى غير أخذ الطلب ثم يرجع ليسأل عفواً ما سمعت!! ليس لديهم خبرة بتاتاً ، وعندما أحضروا الطعام كان هناك خربطة حيث أحضروا لنا أطباق لم نطلبها، وليس هناك أي ترتيب للأصناف بمعنى المقبلات الباردة ثم الساخنة ثم الطبق الرئيسي ، وجودة الأكل ليست جيدة ، و ناهيك عن تـأخر طلبنا لل pepsi لمدة نصف ساعة وأنا أنتظر علبة Pepsi!

ذهبنا مع العائلة و اطفالنا يوم الجمعة, المكان فاق التوقعات بالرغم من بعض التعليقات الموجودة على جيران قررنا نروح و نجرب. المحل موقعو رائع, الجو العام جميل جدا, الخدمة جيدة مع الاخذ بالاعتبار سعة المكان و عدد الزبائن الكبير ما شاء الله . الاكل جدا طيب و في نفس حلو و جد يعطيهم العافية على جهودهم بخلق مكان بهذا الجودة, اكيد في مجال انو الخدمة تتحسن بس زي اي مكان تاني صعب تاخد خدمة عشرة على عشرة . الاطفال كتير انبسطو و قعدنا بلكي خمس ساعات و جد لا يمل. بنصح اتجربوا بنفسكم

ذهبت انا وعائلتي الى هذاا المطعم اليوم الجمعة وكان موقع المطعم واطلالته الشيء الجميل الوحيد في هذا المطعم ما عدا ذلك الاكل سيء والخدمة بطيئه جدا ،والعاملين غير محترفين ومش عارفين شغلهم والادهى اسعاره نار مقارنه مع ما سبق لن اعود الى هذا المطعم ابدا ولا انصح اصدقائي به

مكان حلوو وهادئ والـقعدة بالـ out-door مع اجواء الصيف رائعة والشي الحلوو الي تقريبا صار صعب يتواجد بالمطاعم انه المطعم لا يقدم المشروبات كحولية :)

صراحة مطعم متميز وجميل ورائع وذو خدمات متميزة بالكادر المميز والادرة القوية والممتازة ويقدم اشهى الاكلات وافضلها

The place is really nice with a play area for kids. The food was excellent and sheesha was also good. However, there a couple of negatives. First, the service was below average as it took them about 25 minutes just to take the order, the food came late and the sheesha guy is almost no where to be found when you need to replace the charcoal.

Second, the place is really expensive compared to other places as we paid over 90 JD for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Beautiful place to take the family to, nice kids area , today i was there with my Family and my aunts

We ordered Cold & Hot Mezza, Waraq Inab, fatoush and tabouleh is out of this world , the mixed grill was very nice and tasty , Kubeh nyeh so yummy that we had to fight for the last bit :) they have this home made soujq to die for :) the service has improved a lot and they got more staff and nice host , their parking lot is excellent and plenty of space .

Clean food and nice fresh air sitting in the sun, they have food take a way and delivery

I would defiantly come again and recommend the place to all my friends

Great Value for the money , at least it taste like home cooking to the nasty fast food we get every where else

Today we came six people and we sat at the outdoor terrace, we had excellent. food and perfect service and we would love to come again very very recommended, nice drive out of amman and yet so close from anywhere... thank you zuwar management for the great job w best of luck

its bad..

the place is not badly decorated

starters was less than normal and some of them wasn't even good

the meat was extremely bad , chicken was good

very expensive according to food you get there

the place is not easily noticed because its somewhere far and the signs on the road to get there aren't helpful and small except for the one on airport road which is also put on one way, when you come from airport side there is no signs

Best food ever.... the service was excellent ... Maza was delicous and the place is breath taking

I am def going there again ..

Prices are a bit high but worth it

Valet parking is ava and theres an area for the children to play

I simply cannot believe how terrible my experience is of this restaurant. We actually started laughing at how bad the service was, almost like a (bad) dream. Now I'll list the problems:

1. Drinks did not come until half way through the main course

2. The waiters have no idea what the food on the menu is when ordering

3. The waiters have no idea of what food they are putting down in front of the guests, and worse than that, they lie in their ignorance

4. For a table of 4 people, one of the dishes came cold, and the other took more than 1 hour after the others, even after several reminders

5. Bread was put on the table at the end of the main course (3 had finished eating 30 minutes before and the 4th was almost finished)

6. When the main courses were brought all the dirty plates from the starters were on the table - we had to hold them out of the way in order for there to be space for the dinner plates to be placed

7. We had to ask for cutlery to eat our main courses

8. Not one apology for the above

Good points - food tastes nice, they gave us a free dessert, I assume for the mistakes they made.

Never again!

رحنا يوم الجمعة الساعة 6 بس حكولنا انو يوم الخميس والجمعة المطعم بفتح للعشا الساعة 7 وبصير نقعد بس ما بصير نطلب قبل ال7

مش عارف شو هدف القانون الغريب خصوصا انو مطبق اكثر ايام مفروض بيجي فيها ناس! طبعا ما حدا استقبلنا الا عند مكان الدخول لمنطقة الطاولات.

المكان شكله مرتب.

i had fun there, it was almost out of nowhere but when you get there it's really nice.

i like the appetizers they were very good, but the prices on the Ryash was unreasonable and the Argheeleh was expensive.

if you want to go and pay less than 150 jd just make sure you dont order Rayash and Argheeleh. we paid 319 JD.

It's a GREAT place with great view & a classy tables & design. There's valet, playing area & you can pay using visa.

BUT:

I went with my family, I ordered Chicken breasts, it was okay, & the rest ordered steak & She'sh Tawooq, they said it was really bad.

The service was horrible, 2 waiters managed an entire area saying the short service is due to 2 weddings held but still they got half of the appetizers with the main dish!!

We payed 145 JDs for a horrible service & half of our dishes untouched, meanwhile 3 families left without even eating!!
