People in Amra Palace hotel went out of their way when they received few complains about the noise from the street and the very loud "call for pray" since they are nebouring the mosque. They totally have changed the hotel windows, they didn’t just made them double glazed windows but they also installed another window infront of the double glazed one for more isolation!! I guess that was the only fly in their soup!! And it is totally solved now. Rather than that, Amra Palace Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Wadi Musa. Very good food, the last buffet dinner I had there, they had 10 kinds of appetizers and mazes and 4 main dishes and of course desert, it was all delicious and rich. The breakfast was also super, They can easily compete with 5 stars hotel with the way they present the food and the variety. The Jordanian chief attended both dinner and breakfast. What also impresses me at Amra Palace that they constantly renovate and redecorate their rooms. Now they have wide flat screen tv, hair driers and mini bar in every room. If you know 3stars hotels in Jordan you will know that that this is something: the colors in the rooms matches!! Read more

The owner and the staff are very relaxed..no need to rush anything there, yet everything run smoothly in the lodge.
I don’t remember the breakfast, but I do remember the delicious lunches they cook with fresh baked bread.. Usually they would have two or three salad and vegetables stew with meat or chicken and rice.
It is very simple and small country side lodge. You can get room according to you budget and availability. Room with bathroom or shared bathrooms or you can even get a mat and sleep on the roof!!
It is in Dana Village so you can spend the night there before or after you visit to Dana reserve. Or you can have lunch there after your hike from Dana reserve to the Village. Read more

The breakfast Buffet is rich and they serve coffee!! Coffee not Nescafe…unlike most of the three stars hotels in Jordan.
I was very impressed to know that they have the Green Key (eco-label for tourism establishment)!! Very few hotels in Jordan got certified.

I always have the Shish taouk sandwich, I think it is the best Tawook Sandwich I have ever had!!! They make it with whole wheat Arabic Bread(Taboon) and four pieces of well spiced and delicious Taouk with grilled tomatoes and onions….i just love it. And what makes it even better that it is great value for money, it is only for 1JD!!!

The do have very good customer service, as they sometimes deliver the order even than they don't have delivery service. They are always very friendly and helpful when they take the orders and always ON TIME. Read more

I love the simplicity of the place and the location. Where you can go for fast descent sandwiches like Labaneh, cheese, cold cuts and fresh juices. They also serve Local beer and wine. So it could be a cheap evening hang out place in Madaba.

كنت مشتركة خلال العام الماضي، لابأس به كنادي ومعدات ولكن خدمات المشتريكن جداً سيئة. و العقد الذي يوقعه المشترك فيه الكثير من العيوب. فحيث يخول المركز بسحب النقود من بطاقة الإئتمان حتى وإن إنتهى العقد… كنت مشتركة خلال العام الماضي، لابأس به كنادي ومعدات ولكن خدمات المشتريكن جداً سيئة. و العقد الذي يوقعه المشترك فيه الكثير من العيوب. فحيث يخول المركز بسحب النقود من بطاقة الإئتمان حتى وإن إنتهى العقد السنوي. وأنا شخصياً تم سحب نقود من بطاقتي بطريق الخطأ و لم يعيدوا النقود بل إحتسبوها كرصيد عندهم في حال وددت أن أجدد إشتراكي و مع إلعلم أني رفضت التجديد وهم رفضوا إعادة النقود.
في أي عمليه يطلبون نقودا الإضافية وإن كانت خدمة بسيطة. فمثلاً إن ارادت تجميد الإشتراك لأية سبب ياخذون نسبة مئوية من اشتراكك إلشهري .
كنت ادفع 20 ديناراً عن كل شهر فقط كي أجمد الإشتراك!!!
أسلوب الادارة المالية سيئة جداً جداً.
لا انصح أحد بالإشتراك.

The instructor, is very passionate, experienced, professional and such a good teacher who keeps you challenged and excited all the way.
I don’t know much about horses, but both the horses and the owners look happy with the service there.
I highly recommend it!! Great location and simple place that is run with passion and professionalism.
