They refused, took my mobile number and promised to talk to the owner who was not available at that moment. They never called of course. When I called the shop, I told him my name and it seemed he remembered the scooter problem. First he said that they are not going to return me any money and it's not their policy. I insisted that I want to talk to the owner. He said that the owner was not there. After a while he said that he is Amer Al Batikhi - the owner of the shop ("Lie, lie, and lie some more"! The guy probably watched "School for scoundrels") and he is not going to return me money, because no toy shop in Amman returns money for bad quality toys. Actually it's not true: I had a similar case with Totcare and they returned money without comments. Read more
