My visit to 4 Seasons hotel was one of the best experiences that I had. First of all, its location is perfect, since its located below the tallest building of Riyadh (Kingdom tower), hence, anyone… My visit to 4 Seasons hotel was one of the best experiences that I had. First of all, its location is perfect, since its located below the tallest building of Riyadh (Kingdom tower), hence, anyone can find it easily. Moreover, its location is approachable from many areas of Riyadh. During my stay in 4 seasons, I noticed that its room service was above average. Everything in the hotel was well managed (like the decorations in the lounges), neat and clean. Even the waiters wore clean uniforms and were very polite and gentle. I reserved a room long before my arrival, and I found that its online reservation system (on their website) was great and easily understandable to a normal user. Although, its prices are high as compared to other hotels, but I think it really worth it, as the level of services were also of high quality as well. For example, I received 2 services for free (on reserving a room), and those were "Free Breakfast Buffet" (which was delicious and includes a vast variety of different dishes), along with free internet service. Its meet and greet service was really awesome too. They really know how to treat and take care of their guests from his/her check in time, till check out. I find it pretty much easy as well and the receptionists were very much polite, understanding and cooperative. To whom so ever I share my experience of this wonderful hotel, he/she always wants to visit it real soon and I definitely recommend everyone to stay at 4 seasons whenever they have a chance. Read more
