My mom was there yesterday.. and while trying on a pair of glasses, the tag (which is clear in color) was placed in a careless place on the frame itself.. scratched my mother's eye!! Her eye… My mom was there yesterday.. and while trying on a pair of glasses, the tag (which is clear in color) was placed in a careless place on the frame itself.. scratched my mother's eye!! Her eye turned very red and was internally bleeding... the staff asked that we send my mom to the hospital right away. After the doctor had checked it, he said that fortunately it was a superficial cut and will not affect her sight. It will get a bit worst before getting better. Although, the staff kept calling to check on her, I believe they could have shown better care. The least they could have done was insist that they pay for hospital bill or had sent a staff person with her to the hospital. She could have lost her eye and whether or not it was fully ur fault, it happened at your shop! I just think that customer service in Jordan really has a long way to go! Read more
