Greeted by welcoming and smiling Filipinos, upon sitting on your table, you'll get a complementary Green Salad, which is very tasty (this is very special coming from someone who doesn't like salads). And also you get a complementary bread slices, dripped in olive oil and garlic. Pizzas are pretty good, Pasta is also decent, steak is not very special, but starters are actually quite good. Piatto runs lunch combos during weekdays, so if you work in North riyadh, you might want to give it a try. For around SR45, you get a beverage, salad, a selection of main courses, and two scoops of Piatto's special ice-cream. During weekends (especially for lunch), I can safely say it's the busiest restaurant in Riyadh, waiting list can last up to 40 minutes, but you'd be surprised how almost everyone waits patiently for their table to be ready. If you want to take your woman to a nice place, without paying silly money, Cento Per Cento is definitely the spot. In addition to the White room (romantic room for two) and the Black room (upto 8 people), CpC has a private lounge with a capacity of around 20 people. The latter can accommodate private parties with your own music (something of a rarity here in KSA). You could either get a combo of fried-eggs and two small waffles, or indulge in a pancake plate with three sizable pancakes. I strongly recommend the Banana pancake, and another would be the chocolate chip pancakes, with chocolate bits inside the dough. The iced-tea is pretty good too. Outside breakfast hours [just before Dhuhur (noon) prayers], the place becomes ordinary, I mean the lunch and dinner menu items are not that special, I cannot recall one time I had lunch or dinner there with a fond memory of exceptionally tasty food. Once I ordered their Hotdog, and it was abysmal; small, tasteless and for the price I paid, I expected a foot-long, but it was more of 5 inch-long. Starters and dips are pretty good, and their desserts are pretty amazing, so if you still have room in your stomach, make sure you fill it with one of their delicious dessert options.
