Two days later a crew arrives and assess the situation and inform us that the cable is broken. They depart doing nothing to fix the problem. The next day after a complaint to the call centre another crew arrives and informs us that the cable is broken and leaves yet again doing nothing. There are 4 connections in our villa relying on this cable for business and phone as well as internet. The next day yet another crew arrives and yes you got it they leave doing nothing to remedy the issue. Each time this happens they promise that it will be repaired the next day. To cut a very long story short on the 8th day yet another crew arrives, pulls a new cable through and restores the connection. The total time to fix the problem was.1 hour and 45 mins, if you don't count the previous 8 days. This is by far the worst experience by a service provider that I have ever encountered. We have been lied to day after day, been subjected to lazy and inefficient staff and been told "what we want to hear" on numerous occasions. For a communication company their communication both internally and to the public are practically non existant. I wish there was a viable alternative. Read more
