We always go there for the good food and the non smoking area. Today was different; we waited for 10 minutes without any waiter to serve on us! we ordered, one of the 3 orders came (worng/missing items in it) asked the waiter for that. He took it back and never came back. waited and waited and then complained to the waiter and the manager who were both rude. I said we finished our food and the order has not come yet and it was your fault/mistake to start with. It seems that they did not rush the wrong order and gave it its regular turn as a new order. Then upon leaving the cafe while paying at the cash register, the same waiter was taking the money and when asked about the e-points (which they accept) he said the machine is broken. Turned out that there was another machine at the front cash that we used (and was not broken). We anticipated the waiter was not saying the truth because of the complaint about the delayed wrong order. Top management should consider the attitude of the waiters and those at the cash registers if they care about the reputation of their business (which we believe that they do). The food was delicious as always, but these things ruin the whole "going out for food" idea. Read more

The taste is wonderful. We were a group of seven and tried many items: Tabbouleh, hummos, Shawerma chicken and beef, Kibbeh, mu3ajjanat (savories), Chicken Cordon Blue, Ouzi with lamb meat, Mixed grill (mashawi) and sujog. All the food was tasty and well presented. The juices were also wonderful tried the fresh Orange, Granadine (Rumman) and Apple. Then the desserts were similarly great... Next time we will order cakes from Mardakoosh and forget about all other places in town. They also surprised us with a huge "complimentary" platter of mini desserts. The chef came at the table to ask us about the food and the manager was super nice to us. The nemu items are extremely varied and the menu itself is made of many menus put on a huge stand. Music was great (Lebanese) so is the chef. They have a non smoking area which is a plus. They do not offer alcoholic drinks. The price is very reasonable. Waiters were polite and professional. Next time we will try the ice cream and the breakfast items (pan cakes and waffles). I highly recommend this place to all those who like mediterranean food ;0) Read more
