We celebrated a birthday there
the place is so classy and quiet ... I loved the decoration ... the city of Amman can be seen through the windows which is all around the place...
They lights were off , and candles were lit on ...
I never tried the sushi there but others commented that it is delicious.. I tried pasta and stuffed chicken with vegs ... it was a great experience all in all
The service is perfect, the waiters are always smiling
Alcohol
Smoking and non smoking area

One of my favorite places, the view is really beautiful I love going there in the afternoons before the sunset, The staff are really friendly and they always remember us every time, I always have the exotic salad the one from the sushi bar its exquisite. It’s a great place though the music isn’t really good but usually we don’t pay that much attention to it. It’s a very nice place for groups and also couples.

Popped up to Vinaigrette last night with the GF for Valentine's Day dinner. Overall we had a great experience.
The dining room is modern and comfortable. The large windows give the impression you're sitting on the 30th floor overlooking Amman when in fact you're just on the 7th floor! We sat in the non smoking dining area.
The service was good and the staff attentive.
One thing that didn't really work for me was the background music. Questionable musical selection. Worse sound system. It was odd.
The wine list is short but good which suits me just great. We went with the '09 Saint George Sauvignon Blanc. It's a Jordanian winery that we enjoy. Surprisingly for a sushi restaurant, we couldn't find Sake anywhere on the menus and neither could the waiter but he assured us they had one that they serve by the carafe.
In terms of food, it was mostly great with a few slip ups. I really enjoyed the salads. The sushi and sashimi were good. The wasabi so so. The set menu included a plate of fried appetizers including mozzarella sticks which was a bit of a mystery... Why go with frozen pub food in the middle of a sushi meal?
Overall I had a great experience and I would go back again. I think they fall slightly short of where they aspire to be but they still provide decent value in a beautiful setting. -

The newly refurbished Vinaigrette boasts a spectacular view of Amman.

*The menu
The menu has wide selection. We were five and each of us ordered something different and not all the dishes were delicious. Ok, We ordered Stuffed Mushrooms: The mushrooms were stuffed with walnuts and had a tasty special sauce to be served on top of it. Very good and tasty. We also had Chicken Balls: I didn’t like them at all. The batter tasted like eggs and the chicken was under cooked. One of my friends ordered Chicken Escalope. It was served cold and only part of it was grilled. She had to return it in order to be heated and properly grilled. She said it was really good at the end. I had the Kani Salad and some maki pieces and I was very satisfied with what I got. One of us ordered Fried Calamari Rings:it was fresh, crunchy and tasty.
*service
As for the service, it was very good. Prompt and attentive as it is the usual case from ATICO's outlets.
*Setting and atmosphere
The atmosphere is very nice with the new decor and the view is amazing. The seating is comfortable with a range of chairs and bench seats.
*Prices
I have to comment about the new prices they have! It was five of us, our bill was about 130 JOD! The place has become pricey!!
I recommend the place and would be definitely be going there again. -

Vinaigrette was simply stunning. Enjoyed a dinner there, and was very impressed with the remodeling of the restaurant, giving 360 degree views of Amman. The view of Amman is breathtaking, and from the 7th floor of the Qasr Hotel, it looks gorgeous.
Service upon arrival was fantastic, and staff were very friendly. Waiters took orders relatively promptly, and did not pressure us to order extra (no upselling by waiters which I really appreciated). We had appetizers and sushi, and the food was very good. Tried two different sushi boats, and both were very good.
One thing I liked was that the menu is really varied, and there is a price range to suit any occasion. Great place and would definitely recommend. -

I finally got the chance to try Vinaigrette after the remodel. The place is much roomier now, it seems the number of tables have doubled.
The service was quite slower than usual, maybe they are not used to having double the capacity as the place was full. Even our drinks took forever to arrive.
The staff was nice and prompt as usual. The food was quite good, we ordered a big sushi boat and I had my favourite sashimi salad
