Shop and Ship

I've been using Shop and Ship for 5 years now or may be more ..

Shop and ship is very useful if you wanna ship sth that cost less than 100$ and less than 900G for example DVD , CD why ? you will understand why after reading the +ve and -ve :

starting with the -ves:

1- Shop and Ship is Expensive ! especially if you wanna ship heavy items

2- Taxes and Customs ! I bought once a boot for 120$ i had to pay 100JD customs and clearance it was such a waste of $$$

3- Shop and Ship in the customs they charge you according to the original price of the item for example you bought a shirt for 50$ after sale but the original price waas 150$ they will charge you according to the original price 150$ ! which is stupid

4- NEVER EVER BUY BRANDS using shop and ship you will be charged lot of money at the customs whatever is the item

5- I bought once a brand tie and when i received it the package was open using a sharp scalpel and the tie is torned ! i had to return it to aramex ! i got my refund 4 months later *poor service*

6- Recently they changed their location from 4th circle to Dwar al waha ! i went to the 4th cricle area and i found the place is closed and a paper on the door saying that they moved ! (they couldn't save my time and send me a text msg that they changed their location !) once again poor service !

7- Sometimes it takes very very long time to get your item really boring

Now moving to the other side the +ves:

1- They always try to improve the service now you can have a mail box in US , Uk in addition to China which is pretty cool !

2- sometimes you need tiny items that are not available in Jo and Shop and Ship is the right choice

3- The employees in the office the guys are bad really bad they need to learn how to speak to people , the ladies are really nice and helpful

I was a big fan of shop and ship i used to shop and ship 7 times a month ! then after a while i realized that i'm paying so much $$ for nothing at the end you can find similar stuff in Amman

Absolute garbage, stay away if you value your money becayse they let you pay for their constant mistakes and incompetence! Not to mention how misleading they are!!!

This is an amazing service for people who love to shop online.

They provide you with a list for sites like famous department stores and so on to order from, or you can order from any site that takes international credit card and accepts shipping to a p.o box address.

You can create and pay for a ship and shop account online and they provide promotions and discounts on it. it is easy to register and once the payment is verified they provide you with three options, USA, UK or China p.o.box.

My husband and i ordered couple of times and got the items, however it is bit slow during the holidays which they remind you to avoid shipping during it. They have their iphone application which makes it easier for you to track your orders or locate their offices. 2 thumbs up for Aramex

i've been using shop and ship for about a year now. Great service, great people, excellent location (4th cirlce) and sometimes if your lucky, its super fast, i ship from the US all the time now because of it.

I've ordered pretty much everything, from Books and DVDs to Cuff links and hoodies.

the only downside is that its super super expensive, if it were cheaper I would be buying twice as much as I am now.

I always order things from the United States and the UK to my Shop and ship address. Their forwarding service is really quick and they deliver everything to my doorstep. Their customer service is good, but they could improve it if they update their customers on the status of their shipments through phone calls, not SMS. Also, customers should spend more time following up on their shipments which should be the opposite. However, this service is excellent for light-weight items. I don't recommend ordering heavy-weight items through Shop and Ship to avoid getting a huge shipping bill.
