My mom was there yesterday.. and while trying on a pair of glasses, the tag (which is clear in color) was placed in a careless place on the frame itself.. scratched my mother's eye!! Her eye turned very red and was internally bleeding... the staff asked that we send my mom to the hospital right away.

After the doctor had checked it, he said that fortunately it was a superficial cut and will not affect her sight. It will get a bit worst before getting better.

Although, the staff kept calling to check on her, I believe they could have shown better care. The least they could have done was insist that they pay for hospital bill or had sent a staff person with her to the hospital. She could have lost her eye and whether or not it was fully ur fault, it happened at your shop!

I just think that customer service in Jordan really has a long way to go!

اشتريت منهم نظارة شمسية ووحدة طبية من أكثر من 3 سنين ولحد الان النظارتين موجدتين وماعليهم مشاكل . الموظفين حسب ما أنا فاكر كانوا لطفين وخدومين. لما أخدت الطبية كان في مشكلة بالعدسات، انه بصير عليهم ضباب ما بروح بسرعة، بدلولي العدسات بسرعة بعد ما تبين انه فيهم مشكلة. عندهم تشكيلة جيدة وماركات من المعتدل للغالي.
