Great place ,, very yummy !

i love everything about it .. great food .. everything is just perfect !

I have been there once and I have to say that it's the worst food and service I had in my life. Nothing worse than a waiter trying mock his customers or trying to be smart. Needless to mention its low quality of food and useless salad bar .

I urge people to look for other places .

اليوم قررنا نجرب العرض الجديد اللي فدركرز عاملينه (وجبتين بسعر ٦.٩٩) المهم رحنا بتردد لأنه عادة هاي العروض فيها مقلب. بعد ما طلبنا اكتشفنا انه المشروبات ليست جزء من الوجبة و انه العرض ساري فقط على نوعين من البرغر (اوريجينال بيف أو اوريجينال تشكين يعني بدون أي إضافات). أخدنا التشيكن وعملنا الإضافات اللازمة من السالاد بار. الساندويش كان جيد ومع الإضافات ممكن نحكي ممتاز بس الخدمة تراجعت عن اللي تعودنا عليه من فدركرز ...هل رح ارجع أروح واطلب العرض؟ على الأغلب نعم ... :)

Went there after a long day with a couple of friends, decided to go out on a limb and try something new other than my usual order and here's what happen...

1- Food :

I ordered the "The Works" 2/3 med done which is a burger with Smokehouse beef, American cheese and grilled mushrooms, fries and Pepsi, I tried this specific burger based on a friend's recommendation, but I didn't like this one very much, It was okay but I didn't fall in love with the taste, The cool thing about Fuddruckers tho that the components are up to you to decide they bring you the Burger with the basic set and you can go to the salad bar and add whatever you like and fill up the sauces you like and enjoy your meal.

Recommended: Southwest Burger and potato wedges should give you the satisfaction your looking for and as for the one who like spicy (really spicy burgers go for the Inferno (Spicy jalapenos, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese) tried it once and it almost killed me!

2- Service :

The biggest problem with this place is the waiters, they go missing for 10 to 20 minutes sometimes which bothers me a lot. also you get some attitude from some of the waiters which doesn't go with the prices there at all, you pay 10 - 15 JD per person and 1/3 that amount is taxes and service (Which you get nothing of).

3- Atmosphere :

The decor is pretty chill, it's a great place to hang out with your friends at after a long day, it's divided into two sections, one for smokers and one for none smokers... the smokers section is bigger and since I smoke I doubtedly prefer the smokers section, the place is clean, valet parking and parking spaces usually available at anytime.

Recommended if you got some extra money in your pocket :)

أحد أفضل المحلات بالنسبة الي.الموقع مناسب في شارع مكة. المحل كبير وفيه قسمين واحد للمدخنين والاخر لغير المدخنين. شخصيا بفضل تبع المدخنين مع اني مش مدخن بس لانو اكبر واريح.

رحت انا وصاحبي وطلبنا 2 برغرز وسلطة بوفالو اسمها على ما اعتقد وفيتوتشيني مع صدر دجاج و 2 ميلك شيك. البرغر تبعتي كانت سويس ميلت وكانت عادية لا شيئ مميز. السلطة عبارة عن وجبة بحالها! وفوقها كان صدر دجاج حار وكانت ازكى طبق صراحة وانصح بها بشدة! بس لا تنسوا انها كبيرة بالحجم يعني لو شخصين "شباب" بكفيهم صحن سلطة مع وجبة لكل شخص.بكفي وزيادة.

البرغرز عندهم احجام يعني في 1\3 و 1\2 و 2\3 و 1 باوند اذا ما خانتني الذاكرة. في اشي يمكن البعض ما ينتبهله هو انو سعر النص باوند هو 6.55 بس بتقدر تضيف معها ميلك شايك وبتصير 6.7 يعني صفقة رابحة! الميلك شيك كتير حبيتو :) اما الفيتوتشيني ابدا ما كان زاكي!

البرغر ما بيجي عليها خضراوات لانو في بار خاص يحتوي خصراوات ومايونيز وحبنة سائلة وصوصات مختلفة بتقدر تاخد منو شو ما بدك.

الخدمة كانت سريعة بس المحل ما كان مليان اصلا. فيه خدمة اصطفاف وفيه e-points. لا يقدم مشروبات روحية ولا يوجد مكان للعب الاطفال. يوجد شخص على الباب مهمته استقبال الزوار.

الفاتورة كانت 28 دينار بعد الخصم لانو كان معنا 20% خصم. أنصح بتجربته.

Will I didn't like the food at all !!! The service was Good, the place was clean but yet the food was tasteless, No flavour for the chicken, I had seacer salad, Chicken burger and California Wraps, No taste at all. The chicken has been like boiled and grilled without any flavours ! Based on what others said about it, I was disappointed !

Let me start off by saying that this place is not what it used to be. The portions are much more smaller now and the food quality has gotten worse.

The place was packed more than usual, no one greeted us at the entrance, we were there for about 15 minutes before a waiter came with the menus, and about 20 minutes before another waiter came to take our order.

I ordered my favorite and usual food selection which is their "Chili Cheese Fries".

About 20 - 30 minutes later the food showed up, they forgot the side Ranch sauce that came with the meal and the portions were noticeably smaller.

I enjoyed my meal as usual, but then again, you can't go wrong with the Chili Cheese Fries.

The waiters on the other hand were a bit rude and more than reluctant to provide service.

Clean, friendly, and well-managed.

Food is good but not great. i actually had a steak here (which was ridiculously priced by US standards for the Sizzler-esque quality...almost $30USD). Understandable though since it is presumably imported beef.

At any rate...the true litmus test? Yes, I'd go back but am not in a hurry.

Fuddruckers is from the most nice restaurants in Jordan, their burgers are the best and the finest, service is goo, the place is very clean, not dirty, the place for children to play ids very clean not like other restaurants. There are different types of sandwiches and meals. Their not very quick , there is a area for children, but the prices are high a little bit.

They have a very beauttiful restaurant.The restaurant don't offer beer or alcohol.

المحل نظيف و مرتب و كبير بس الخدمة سيئة كتيييييييييير مع انه في كتيير عندهم waitresses and waiters بس ما بنتبهوا للزبون يعني بس بياخدو ال order منك و بجيبوا ال meals و بعدين لو بدك تطلب اي شي او حتى تسأل ما حدا بنتبه عليك انه انت عم بتنادي او حتى رافع ايدك , ما في الا الفلبينيين هم النشيطين و بنتبهوا للزبون و بنفذوا طلبات الزباين , يعني يا ريت الادارة تنتبه للموضوع و تعين ناس بفهموا كيف يتعاملوا مع الزباين و يكون عندهم انتباه و نشاط اكتر, يعني اليوم كتييييييير غلبونا و لا واحد من الموظفين انتبه لا لصوتنا و لا حتى لإشاراتنا الا الفلبيني و مرات كُنا بنخلي ابني الصغير يروح و ينادي على واحد من ال waiters

اما بالنسبة للأكل انا طلبت اليوم Cajun Chicken Sandwich كتييييييييييييييييييييييير طيب و بنصح الكل يجربه بس البطاطا اليوم ما كانت طيبة زي كل مرة

و caesar salad كتييير طيبة و تعتبر وجبة ازا كانت مع الدجاج و بتشبع لحالها

وال mini burger يا ريت لو شوي يكبروها او يزيدوا عددها بيكون احسن

و احلى شي بالموضوع ال kids play area يعني الأطفال بيلعبوا و بياكلوا

اسعاره جدا لطيفة و معقولة

It used to be my favorite place in Jordan for burger, chicken and steak.. Also the buffalo salad!

It has changed a lot, to worse. I used to go there around 3 times/week. Now I don't get close to it. The employees and the management show no interest in serving you anymore, you can see how they're disengaged and disconnected. Before, they used to do it with passion. Now they don't do it at all.

I even wrote on my blog how bad the service has become. They changed an advocate to a hater.

ازكى مكان للبرغر ... مقبلاته زاكية كمان ... بنصح كل محبي البرغر ياكلوا عنده ..جو المكان ضجة ..فكرة انك تشكل شندويشتك بنفسك من خلال بوفيه تنقي منه الاضافات اللي عبالك عبقرية وممتعة وخصوصا للاطفال

it was amazing and lovely and they have a big smile on their faces

the sous is delicous

and their is a good parking

went there once... was really good :) i liked the burger there and they have a good variety of sauces and additional stuff... the place was crowded like all Amman was eating there... the service was good .. i definitely would love to go back to eat there

مطعم كويس واللوكيشن ممتاز والخدمة كويسة وكمان الاكل طيب بس المشكلة عندهم بالباركينغ بيكون في عجئة كتير وقت الظهر غير عن هيك البيرغر عنده طيب

I actually went to fuddruckers twice! I truly didn't like the food at the first time nd the service either. however, my friends convinced me to try it again nd so i did. My second experience was even worse than the first! The chicken was dry, the fries were cold and tasteless, the service was not pleasing either. For the same money, there are many other places where you can do a lot better.

Would NOT return.

One of my best restaurants in Amman, it has a delicious variety of burgers, specially the chicken burgers....but they could make a better french fries.

المحل كان ممتاز جدا أول ما فتح، وكنت أشوف المدير أو المستثمر دايما هناك وبرحب بالزبائن. كانت زيارته في المرات الأولى ممتعة وتجربة ممتعة. يعني كان مشوار البرغر مميز بطريقة تقديمه والخدمة الممتازة. اخر كم مرة رحت على المحل خلتني ما أرجعله. الخدمة بطيئة، الموظفين ما بطلعوا بوجهك، الحمامات مش نظيفة، حتى باخر مرة الكراسي اللي قعدنا عليها كانت ممزقة ! يعني الجو ما كان مناسب لاسم زي فدركرز أبدا !

في مكان للاصطفاف أمام المحل الا اذا خدمة الاصطفاف ماخدينه.

بالنسبة للأكل، فكان البرغر زاكي، والاضافات والسلطات برضو، كنت أحب موضوع انك اتحط شو ما بدك على راحتك. حتى الملك شيك كانوا زاكيين بس سكر بسكر.

مطعم كتير حلو. راقي ، مرتب من جوا. الخدمة سريعة. الموظفين كتير متعاونين. ما بتقدر تحكي عن اسعارو رخيصة بس يعني معتدلة.

اكلو كتير زاكي و فاخر خصوصا الجينة اللي بتنحط على السلطة. فيه شغلة حلوة هي الريفيل للمشروبات

فدركرز من المطاعم المفضلة لأسرتي لما يجي على بالهم ستيك وهمبرجر بنروحه ..ديكوراته حلوة ومرتبطة بذكريات الفن والموسيقى .. والحلو عندهم قسم للمدخنين ولغير المدخنين.

بوفيه السلطات فرش ونظيف لكن للاسف مرة واحدة

و تصادف انه لقينا بصحن الخس دودة بتتحرك وعلى قيد الحياة :) ولما اشتكينا للمسؤول غيروا لنا اياه فقط ..يعني لو فدريكرز بأي بلد بالعالم ماكانوا حاسبونا على الاكل يومها لكن فقط اعتبروا حالهم انهم غيرو الصحن وجابوا لنا واحد تاني.

فريق العمل لطيف ونشيط وبشوش ومرتب وبالنسبة لي مكان مريح للعائلة ..في نهاية الأسبوع لنمضي فيه ساعتين الغدا أو العشالكن ما بشتاق كتير اروحه دايما كل كم شهر مرة وكفاية....
