Crumz Bakery Cafe

We always go there for the good food and the non smoking area. Today was different; we waited for 10 minutes without any waiter to serve on us! we ordered, one of the 3 orders came (worng/missing items in it) asked the waiter for that. He took it back and never came back. waited and waited and then complained to the waiter and the manager who were both rude. I said we finished our food and the order has not come yet and it was your fault/mistake to start with. It seems that they did not rush the wrong order and gave it its regular turn as a new order. Then upon leaving the cafe while paying at the cash register, the same waiter was taking the money and when asked about the e-points (which they accept) he said the machine is broken. Turned out that there was another machine at the front cash that we used (and was not broken). We anticipated the waiter was not saying the truth because of the complaint about the delayed wrong order. Top management should consider the attitude of the waiters and those at the cash registers if they care about the reputation of their business (which we believe that they do). The food was delicious as always, but these things ruin the whole "going out for food" idea.

من أطيب ما أكلت ! أنا دايمن بروح بطلب حلو أو مشروبات ،،بس ما جربت أكلو ...بس قررت أجرب وبصراحة مو ندمنه بل مرة ... أنا بحب الأماكن الرايئة والهاديه ، هدا واحد منهم ! أكلو كتير طيب ، طلبت ستيك بس جاد ما توقعت يكون هل أد طيب ! وطعمة كتير مميزه ، وكل طبق معمول بطريقة حلوه ،،، أكيد بنصح بأكلوا ، والمشروبات كتير طيبه عندهم ، والخدمه 10/10 ،،والنضافه 10/10 ،،،والديكور حلو ورييء معظمو من خشب ، وفي خصوصيه لكل طاوله ...وأكيد في للمدخنين وغير المدخنين ،،، وغير مضغوط المطعم...من الاماكن الأكيد بحب أرجع عليها ...وبنصح في أكيد ومناسب لكل ...وأسعار مو رخيص ومو كتير غالي نص نص ،،،بس بستاهل بصراحة :)

I love the food at Crumz and I love the bread too. I love their Mana'eesh, "create your sandwich", Pizzas, Sausages, Cheese... etc and the fact that the Mana'eesh and Pizza are done without Eggs, makes me feel very comfortable eating there. But the service is just tooooooooooooo slow. And sometimes the waiter even forgets you are there. I think it might be an idea to increase the staff in the kitchen and in the restaurant itself. Does it really have to take 40 minutes to bring a sandwich and a Pizza???

In Ramadan, during IFTAR, it is chaotic. I went once and it took them 1.5 hours to bring ONE of our orders and then we cancelled everything and went somewhere else.

It is a big shame, because the food is great but the services needs to sharpen up....

I like to go to Crumz specially for breakfast . Try the Crroisant sandwich its delicious. Pancakes are not that good ...

I love their bakery ... highly recommended try the crroisant and the moaajanat

The service is very slow , but the waiters are polite and they know how to treat the customers.

Prices are high

I gave this place 3 stars as i had different experience there, some really good and some were horrible. I like their breakfast, the omelette is severed on top of a fresh slice of toast and the portion of their cups is wonderful. i love their bagels and bread sticks and i usually pick "Make your own Sandwich" for dinner. However, i ordered some pastries for lunch break one time and got an ugly surprise in one of the cheese pastries. a hair inside the dough!

i guess such thing happen but not sure i will ever eat pastries from there again.

مكان هادي ،،،تجربتي فيو منيحه..الأسعار عندو مو رخيصه ومو كتير غاليه.. وسط يعني ،والمكان نضيف وحمامات نضاف..ومكان حجمو منيح كتير ،،مو زغير ،والحلو عندو كتير طيب خصوصاً ال كيكات ايلي عندو طيبين ،ومناسب لل أشخاص ايلي بحبو الهدوء ،المكان مو معجوء ،وخدمه فيو منيحه ، والديكور كتير رييء معظمه من خشب ، والاعدات مريحات... وعشان السياره ما بتغلبو كتير بل صفه و أكيد بنصح فيو لأعياد ميلاد أو هيك سهرة لطيفه...:)

My experience with this place today was very bad. I went with some friends for breakfast and the service was awful.

Firstly, we had to wait 10 minutes to get the menus, secondly, it took a while for the waiter to actually come and take our order. Thirdly, the food and drinks came a bit late, fourthly and finally, the forks were not clean and had stains of food on them!

The food was alright, nothing special. We ordered three types of omelet, I wasn't a fan of any of them. We also got a cheese man'oosheh and cheese and thyme man'oosheh, both were okay.

As for the dessert(yes I'll call it dessert), we got waffles, Nutella crepe, and Pancakes, all were alright. Again, nothing extra special here.

The prices were okay, but relative to the food and service I received I will say it is overpriced.

This will be the last time I visit Crumz.

the place has nice atmosphere, however, I did not like the food, I ordered nachos, and it was served with normal potato chips with allot of meat on it (not sure if it is supposed to have allot of meat!) dippings were not good as well... bread was not fresh! however, if you need quite and comfortable atmosphere, you may go there, they might have better food, but speaking for myself.. I would go there for a drink and talk, not food :)

Actually I like this place , It's calm and clean ,,, food is good but the service is not really good ! I don't like their customer service at all , and that makes me think before going there again.

What a special place, in any season.

By Amman standards, as family friendly as a place can get, diverse menu, makes just about anything you want, and caters to all budgets, big or small. They've really thought of everything. The food is consistent and very good, as is the presentation, for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Very clean place, very helpful staff, lovely bakery, and they are not too full of themselves to let you do anything you need there.

Menu is very diverse, and everything we've tried has been very good. The atmosphere is lovely, with a fireplace in the winter to outdoor seating in the summer. Small enough to be intimate while big enough to withstand any requirements you have. Value for money is excellent, and customer service is top notch. They've done a great job here.

Above all of this, they also offer free wifi, meaning they cater to any mood you're in. There's also a small park across the street, which while difficult to get into (they lock it and you need the guard to open it), its just a nice place overall to just hang out with family or friends. Good for business meetings as well.

Overall, highly recommended.

Its the only place I go to when I wanna feel great ! I don't know there's something special , i like the food , and the cleanliness is amazing , the cheese soap there is really good

i like this place ,, it has a variety of food and drink,, you can go for a quick coffee and you can g and stay for a long period .. you can go with one friend and have a calm talk also you can go with your loud friend to chat and laugh and nevr feel odd ;)

both abdoun and dabouq branches have calm atmosphere =D

crumz is one of the places that i think of immediately when i want to meet up with a friend , have late breakfast or enjoy a snack of their delicious exceptional bakeries ! the Turkey and Cheese Omelette is out of this world.. very calm atmosphere and nice setting.. i do recommend big time !

Crumz Abdoun and Dabouq have pretty much the same pros and cons, however, for me, the cons are what keeps me away from that place!

The food and drinks are good, the bakery bakes exceptional sweets and bread, the seating is nice and comfy with just enough space between the tables!

Now we start with the cons, for me, such a place should not serve alcohol, I mean its a bakery!! The theme of an alcohol serving bakery does not really fit a traditional theme of a bakery. Another serious problem is the waiters, they really have a huge attitude problem! A waiter is there to take the customers orders, be helpful and serve the people, not give them attitude!!

Pricing is fair enough in that place.

So, in conclusion, i prefer going to other places due to those cons, unless they start re-thinking them! Then they would instantly get back to my preferred list.

انا مبارح رحت عليه، طبعا جربته قبل ب وجبة فطور و ب قعدة عادية، بس مبارح كان سيء للغاية من ناحية الطعام طلبنا كرمز بليت كانت الاشياء ال فيه كتير حجمها كبير ومش طيبة أبداً، وطلبنا بيتزا فيجيتيريان برده مش بزيادة العجينة والمكونات، وأخيرا كانت الفوتيتشيني :) للأسف كتير تفاجأنا بنوعية الطعام . بس القعدة كتيييييييييييير حلوة والمكان كتيير دافي ومرتب ورايق :)

Crumz is one of Abdoun best places, it has a special view especially in winter adding to the special service and tasty food.

انا مش من رواد هدا المكان رغم شعبيته، رحت عليه مرتينن لكن ما عمري انبهرت بنوعية الاكل... المكان هادي والخدمة جيدة، لكن الاسعار عالية شوي بالنسبة لجودة الطعام

الكوفي شوب المفضل الي ، كل شي عنده زاكي من الأكل، الحلويات ، المشروبات ، و ما ننسى خبزه من أزكى مخابز عمان، عنده كل انواع الخبز تقريبا :) المحل نظيف و ديكوره حلو ، و جوه راقي ، و الموسيقى رايقة ، و أحلى شيء انو ما عنده ارجيلة يعني بتأخذ نفس نظيف :) الموظفين مؤدبين و بشوشين و بالهم طويل :)
