و الترتيب و النضافه و الجلسات تمام و حلو انهم قاسمين الجلسات لقسمين مراعيين انو في مدخنين و في غير مدخنين

بنصح الكل بهدا المطعم ،،، بعطي 10/10 عكل شي ... الأكل كتير كتير كتير طيب ...استمتعت بكل لؤمه أكلتها ،،،وكل طبق بيجي مرتب ومعمول بطريقة بتشهي !!!! وكمية الأكل كتير منيحة بل طبق w أكلو غربي ومتنوع وأكيد عندو حلو و من ناحية الديكور كتير رييء وهادي وأجواء حلوه وبعطي كل طاوله خصوصيه ، والإضاءة خفته بطريقة حلوه ،،،يعني بإختصار مكان رائع ...ونضيف والخدمه 5 stars الموظفين كتير بشوشين .... والأسعار مو كتير غالي... نص نص ... وأكيد ما بتتغلبو بلسياره ،في مكن لتصفوها...وفي أغاني كلو اجنبيه بس حلوه ... هلا بأيام الأعياد كتير معجوء وبكون بدو حجز بس بل أيام العاديه ما بحتاج لا حجز...أكيد رجعة عليه ،،،وكانت تجربه رائعة 10/10

chilis is very good in every thing

food is so yummy and delicious

waiters are kind

service time is acceptable sometimes you'll have to wait

not expensive neither cheap

its nice to go sit there and eat, you'll feel comfortable

The best American restaurant chain in Amman ! Good burgers ! REALLY GOOD Steaks , whenever i crave for steak chilli's is the place for me , med-well rib-eye steak is yummy Perfect if it's cooked to order

What i Like :

1+ Really good food ! DELICIOUS

2+ good service (most of the time)

3+ diverse menu

4+ The place is really nice

what I don't like :

1- They change the menu every few months and almost the exact same old menu but they increase prices :( and change names

2- drinks are average or below average , tooo sweeet tooo sour , tasteless .

I enjoy food in this place , # 1 for steaks .

تجربة حلوة :) وصلنا و خدمة الفاليه متوفرة , دخلنا المطعم و استقبلنا نادل اسمه محمد ( أبو عمر ) شخص رائع :) طلبنا Ice Tea لحد ما نفكر بالأكل , وبعد تفكير طلبنا Steak and Shrimp لشخصين و طلبنا Boneless Buffalo Wings هاااي لحالها حكاااية طعم لا يقاوم :) و طلبنا Bottomless Tostada Chips مرتين D: , المهم بعد ما خلصنا ال Chips و نسفنا Buffalo Wings و شربنا ال Ice Tea وصل الستيك , وبصراحة شكل الصحن لا يقاوم نهائيا , قطعة ستيك 340 غم + بروكلي مطبوخ بالبخار + mashed potatoes + جزر + shrimp + قطعة خبز زاااكية :) الأكل إجمالا زاكي و إستمتعت وأنا بأكل لانه الأكل عندي طقوس , المكان والديكور رائع , مع اني مش مدخن بس قعدنا في قسم التدخين ومع ذلك ما حسيت انه متضايق من الدخان , ال Ice Tea ما عجبني كثير :( النادل أبو عمر زوووق و رائع جدا و تم تقييمه على السايت :)) الفاتورة لشخصين 55 دينار , ممكن انك تحصل على خصم 10% للزيارات القادمة بعد ما تعبي بيانات التقييم على السايت , بنصح بزيارته و أكيد راح أرجع أزوره أنا كمان :)

I go to this restaurant often ,,,it is so delicious and tasty !!

i've ordered different kind of meals,,,,the sizzling was perfect and the appetizers are also amazing

and the quality of food is great ,,,

the decoration is good also and what i like the most was the smoking / non-smoking areas ....

but the service is some how slow , and the order take long time to e served ...

the prices is a little bit high but according to the quality it worth it.

i parked under the restaurant i didn't notice whether there was a valet or not....the parking is not bad but you have to park and go out again to enter the restaurant ....

First time to this Chilis branch, I've been to the one in City Mall and that one is GREAT!

Went at 10:30 PM, the waiter very polite, attentive and caring, sat beside the window as it wasn't that busy. We ordered Southwestern Egg rolls and Caesar salad, I felt the rolls were microwaved, but the salad was pretty fresh and crispy.

For the main dish we ordered, old timer burger with cheese & mushroom and swiss cheese. My mushroom burger came with half melted swiss cheese, so I asked the waiter to go back and ask the chef to melt the whole cheese for me, it took 10 minutes, then we asked him to warm up the bun for the other sandwich, as my guest felt it was cold after couple bites, again, after 10 minutes the waiter came back and said he changed the whole bun, now ... a new bun on an old beef patty with couple bites, it didn't look right, so my guest said I'm not going to eat this meal!!! just lost my appetite .... put the dish on the side, after few minutes the shift manager noticed this and came to us, asked what was wrong and we old him everything, he was very apologetic offered us a replacement meal, or a desert or anything, which my guest refused, he insisted that we shouldn't leave the restaurant unsatisfied. I told him its ok, we like Chilis and we usually go to their other branch, but today something is wrong, and probably its in the kitchen, asked him to see what's going on with the chef and his colleagues.

Chilis is very well priced, we paid the bill with a tip, because of the nice waiter.

I will be very hesitant to go back

من أزكى مطاعم الأكل الأمريكي، أسعار فوق المتوسط تتناسب مع الأحجام الضخمة. ابتداءً من البيرغر وانتهاءً بالستيك ومروراً بكل شي تاني بالنص، ما في مجال للندم.

شيليز كـ نظافه يعتبر ممتاز .. سعر ما بيعتبر ضمن المتوسط يعني اعلى شوي .. فيه شغلة عجبتني في الويتيرز انه لما بدهم ياخدو الطلب عندهم بوليسي انه لازم ينزل ويكون على مستوى جلستك وهالشي بعتبره حلو كاحترام للزبون .. نسبة كبيرة من الاصناف الرئيسيه تعتبر مش مميزه بالطعم والفكره .. بحب اروح لهم عشان المقبلات والحلى .. بطلب تشيلي فرايز وسلطة سيزر الدجاج .. من اروع سلطات السيزر بصراحه وطعمها مميز .. بالنسبة للحلى عندهم بارادايس كيك ممتازة ... الاطباق الرئيسيه مرة جربت الفاهيتا بس المشكله بكثرو بصل كثير يعني يا دوب تلاقيلك قطع لحم او دجاج .. وجربت مرة المكرونه ماشي حالها .. مشكلته مرة فرع الرياض صار عليه مشكله سكروه البلديه والناس صارت تتخوف منه .. بس بشكل عام المطعم يعتبر كويس ..

Had dinner in Chili's and the meal wasn't that amazing. the spicy wings a lot of sauce on it,may be i will try another meal next time,It's a great place for a group of friends to go or if anyone wants to get new culture,prices is good, there's a smoking and non smoking area,not the best but worth a try..

كتير بحب التشيليز كل اكلاتو زاكية بس كتير كبيرة الوجات في مناطق للمدخنين الموظفين كتير روعة بس المدة الي بحضرو فيها كتير طويلة

prices is high but quality is amazing

i advice chilis without 2nd thoughts

i go there two times in month the food is delicious i love their employers they smile all the time

clean , various meals and various ages can spend their time with full of joy

i went there many times... i really like this place.. the service is great... the food is great.. they have many yummi kinds of salads... but the burger is too oily.. but i have one bad comment about the prices.. it's really expensive!

الستيك عندو مش زاكي بالمرة :( ، و غالي كمان ، ما بيعرفو يعملو الستيك حتى والل دون مرتين رجعها عل مطبخ وما طلعت ول دون بالأخر

المطعم حلو و اكله طيب الستيك روعه و الشوربات ولا اطيب كمان المقبلا بس بالمقارنه مع مطاعم بنفس المستوى غالي شوي .

الموظفين ممتازين و الديكور حلو تقريبا بكل الدول نفس الديكور

المكان هادي مريح بس كتير بتأخرو شوي بالطلب بس بنصحكم تجربوه ما راح تندموا

First, I dont have much to say

I know... Chili's is not a burger place! but that's what i ordered, i thought i'd give it a shot.

well, i'm not sure how to put this, but i can say it wasn't horrible, i think that describes it best, its just below "meh"

We were two and we ordered two different burgers, one was full of mayo, the other was what was supposed to be their specialty, "Big Mouth Burger" which was dry meat with a sour Dijon mustard.

cant recall anything about the fries, so i guess average there, the service was bad, had to ask for Tabasco 4 times (to add any flavor the burger)

i cant think of anything else... let me see... We sat in a none smoking section... time was about 9:40 and I think i was also wearing black Wilson sox that day.

مطعم مرتب ودكرت جميله وستيلو حلو.. الموظفين بشوشين وباستقبالك بوجه حلو وابتسامه.. طلبنا شيكن قيصر سلاد + شيكن ناشوس + شيكن فينغرس وأخدت باستا ألفريدو بالشرمب.. جداً كان الأكل زكي.. بس السلطة مو كتير عجبتني كانت ناشفه شوي المفروض الصوص يكون أكتر فيها.. بالنسب لل سعر مش رخيص يعني دفعنا 47 دينار بس مقارنةً بفئتو من المطاعم إن زي اسعارهم.. بس أكلو زكي ومو متل بعد مطاعم بكحشوك من المطعم على أساس سكرو وهم كاتبين إن بفتح لل 1 وهي ما صارت 11:30

OK, I have to be fair. There have been times when I’ve eaten at Chili’s when I’ve wanted my money back, and other times when I got at least a reasonable facsimile of my money’s worth. That may well be because Chili’s prices are fairly reasonable overall, so my expectations aren’t really that high. At best, I have found this chain to be a better alternative to Applebee’s (though that’s not saying much), but not quite as good as Friday’s. This is, of course, my opinion, and your mileage may vary. For the most part, though, the dining experience here is average at best.

1.The Atmosphere

Atmosphere is pretty typical chain restaurant, with assorted items hanging on the walls. Decor tends to be heavy on the chili peppers and typically the color scheme is orange, green, and yellow. Chili’s, from my experience, tends to be a bit dirtier than similar chain restaurants.

2.Service:

Service at Chili’s has almost always been horrible for me. I don’t usually assume that based on one encounter of poor service that an entire chain is bad. However, I’ve had incident after incident of servers at Chili’s ranging from the completely indifferent to the ridiculously slow and worse. A group of eight of us attending Chili's last month waited literally an hour and a half between ordering and receiving our food at the Mecca location with little apology from our waiter. Come to think of it, I cannot remember a single time I have had what I would consider to be “good” service at a Chili’s although I have made dozens of trips there. I consider a visit successful if I get out without being thoroughly infuriated.

3. Food:

The food at Chili’s is typical uninspired chain restaurant food, generally poorly prepared. Expect to find typical sandwich fare, including hamburgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, and a smoked turkey sandwich. This is a place that will burn your hamburger, no question. I’ve tried one here four or five times, always with bad results.
