Caffe Strada – a modern, healthy, gluten free, fresh large salad with an italian decor that’s modern with black leather seating, with a red focal point love seat, white walls and chairs – an overall pristine clean feel. The strawberry juice is delicious and panini’s scrumptious. I would order a tea from Caffe Strada just for the experience. The tea is steeped in front of you and the cup is filled with warm water before poured into the wooden slitted base on which it is served. The right way of serving tea. Rainbow Street is a popular street in the 1st circle, so also a good place to be if you need a quieter place to work, since there is also seating in the back.
OH and did I mention that it is smoke-free!!! Hallelujah! This is so rare in Jordan that this is such a refreshing environment. Also refreshing is the customer service. I know that the staff get paid higher than average, and the owner always remembers you, which makes you feel a sense of customer loyalty.
The last thing I would add, is that it is a pricy and high class cafe, prices similar to starbucks but way more unique. But you're paying for the top notch quality of every thing you eat or drink, so if that is not what you are looking for then this is not the place for you. -

what was nice about strada is that its in the very hectic st in amman rainbow yet its like a gateway its so cozy and calm inside separates you from the outside world once u step in (even in ramdan :) ) , very nice staff, decor, yummy coffee and oreo cake i recommend :) suitable prices good value of money, no smoking inside but i think they have smoking area in the out-yard, no hubblybubbly, and of course u r lucky if you can find a parking from ur car near by its worth trying :)

Nice little place off Rainbow Street in the First Circle. I like the ambiance, service, and the coffee. They also know how to make an iced coffee (somehow a skill that is lost upon many others in Amman...including Tche Tche).
That being said, Caffe Strada is definitely worth a visit and is very popular with the "plugged in" crowd who go there to work and socialize.
I will be back. -

The fact that it's a non-smoking place is enough reason to love Strada, since it's almost impossible to go out in Amman and not return home stinking of cigarette smoke.
Everything I ordered here has been great- tea is of course their specialty, but all of the coffee options are absolutely wonderful. This is not the place for gatherings or loud conversations in a big group, but it's perfect for reading, getting work done, or having a quiet coffee with a friend. The music is never too loud, and the staff are friendly, quick, and helpful without being imposing. The price might be higher than other coffee places (especially for food) but it's good for the quality you get. -

In Jordan, there will always be followers, but no leaders in this industry like these guys.
Yes, this is how I’d like to start my review about Café Strada!
In Amman, you likely have a big chain coffee place within 15 minutes from your house, but to be honest forget about feeding the corporate giants, Café Strada has better brews with more interesting atmosphere to explore!
friendly people in a small place with a family-friendly feel, this is what crosses my mind when I first think about Café Strada!
It’s the perfect place to spend a relaxed afternoon at or conduct business meetings in!
I even had a couple of blind dates over there ;)
What I REALLY REALL REALLY like to order every time I go there is a fine sandwich they have on the menu called [Valtelina ~ not sure about the spelling] it has the FINEST bresaola meat you will ever have with mozzarella cheese! It’s a guaranteed choice that you will keep ordering over and over again!
I might not be a coffee geek but I definitely ADORE their tea, they recently introduced a wide selection of iced tea, from which I got addicted to the Hibiscus one.
Their baristas are so well solid and know everything on the menu, unlike many baristas you will find in the other places in Jordan, sometimes I feel they were subjected to 5 steps interview process!
The owners of this place have definitely re-defined customer service in Jordan..
forgot to mention that its A SMOKE FREE cafe :)
Just do yourself a favor and go there! -

Very cozy-non smoking and comfortable place, suitable for people working outside home but feeling home at the same time.
Excellent service and friendly staff offering best quality of Coffee and tea; best coffee I tried was the" Nutella coffee ".
They offer fresh sandwiches, and their piece of cakes and muffins looked yummy, so will make sure to try them out next time. -

Very nice cafe with excellent service and great location, and best of all smoke free with free internet.
You have to try the Nutella Chocolate Coffee as it is out of this world, and they have home made cakes that should not be missed.
I have gone there sevral times and I will still go and take my friends as the music is not loud and you can talk. -

Well everyone is talking about this place so I decided to check it out. I can honestly say that it was a very nice and memorable experience. The atmosphere was great, very nice and quiet. I see myself going to relax or to work on something quietly. I also recommend the cappuccino as I think it was lovely. I have not tried anything else but I coming back to try some of there food.

There is a lot to like about this place with regards to the atmosphere, even though I have only been there once, the best being the mix between modern interior design and the fantastic red brick backdrop behind the counter, reminds me of my old apartment back in Boston. The warm reception and smiles you get when walking in automatically makes you feel like a regular.
However, as far as reviews go I would be honest in saying that their cappuccino is not the best in town actually it's not something I would recommend, But in comparison they offer a magical Nutella Chocolate Coffee Concoction that made me jealous of the friends that ordered it, the expression on their faces whilst indulging in it was priceless. making the place a definite must revisit. I wonder if that had an effect on my own cappuccino experience??? Who knows!!!
The selection wasn’t as diverse as I expected it to be, and I am afraid that the location off Rainbow St. may be a bit of a double edge sword at times. would love to see more couches and just a tad bit dimmer lighting, the super bright light with white furniture breaks the cozyness that the place has to offer. -

Great caffè, atmosphere is very chilled and relaxed. staff are warm, welcoming and give you a service that would make anyone want to come back to this little unique caffè.
The music is not too loud, unlike other caffes the music tends to stick to one theme! and does not go from chill/lounge to hard house (idis idis) and then all of a sudden Haifa Wahbi (hishek bishek).
They offer a great selection of coffee based drinks, teas, deserts and panini sandwiches. I tried one of their hot based drinks, forgot the name but its coffee mixed with Nutella! Truly an indulgent experience! The coffee is not too bitter or sweet; it carries a mellow aroma and has a hint of Nutella for your taste buds to enjoy! The drink is served with a long tea spoon which you can use to either eat a spoon full of the warm Nutella which has been spread on the sides of the glass for you to enjoy while you drink your coffee or simply just scoop it all out after you have finished drinking it.
For all you Nutellaholics out there I highly recommend you go and get the full on Caffè Strada experience! -

Cozy cafe placed just few steps off Rainbow st. Wonderful atmosphere, European style and very very friendly staff. Once you are inside you will feel that you are in a detached place although it blends with the surroundings and neighborhood.
The coffee is very well prepared that you will definitely enjoy it over and over again. I was waiting to visit this place and it was exactly as I imagined it. There is a close buy paid parking within few steps from the cafe where you can park easily.
A must repeat for me and I am sue you will once you visit the place. -

Tried it for the first time yesterday. I love the fact that it's smoke free -Rare these days. Atmosphere is quit and laid back. I cant imagine it ever becoming a hangout for the argeelah loving, shaddeh playing crowd the plagues Rainbow street.
I ordered a latte and a Poppy seed cake. Both were great. The cake was especially unique in that it was not too sweet but still tasted rich. I loved the frosting which tasted something like caramel. The size of the wedge was generous compared to what you would get in other places so I felt they really wanted you to eat the cake, not just taste it ;)
The guys there were very friendly. The seating felt very homey especially that there weren't too many tables, just enough to make it feel cozy if it fills up. There's a small open area outside in the back and on one side so I imagine they can make use if it in the summer. Will also make a great place to work or read on those cool spring afternoons.
Prices were reasonable: 1 latte, 1 coffee, 1 cake: ~9JD
Will definitely go again. -

A friend of mine told me about this really nice cafe that just opened, so we went to check it out around lunch time finding a few poeple there, reading, working or studying with a nice hot drink in their hands in this cold weather.
I liked the atmoshpere of the cafe and its decor. I took notice of the nice pictures hanging on the walls as well as the big windows and white chairs that kept the place light and fresh.
I can see myself enjoying a cup of tea while working on an assignment there but i dont recommend the food; a bit over priced for a basic small sandwhich. -

I went there only once, I liked it, especially for the fact that a tea expert asked me about the meal I had before my visit to recommend the best choice, taking in consideration the weather condition. I had Indian Chai & Nutella Coffee, which reminds me - they have a really good band of Italian coffee. It is smoke free, I could breath!

A Fantastic little cafe that just opened up, this place is in the heart of Rainbow street and a little gem when you find it!
The location is prime because its at Rainbow's entrance and right next to a parking lot. The Cafe is Non-Smoking and has free WiFi, the ambiance is that of a cafe in italy and so is its music, nice and cozy with the owners working there so that speaks for the service, I had coffee with Nutella my friend had jasmine tea, which were hand rolled leaves, but not on cuban thighs, though they came in a very funky serving and a stopwatch. we paid around 6 jd's.
will be visiting again soon
