Krill Oil Dosage
What is Krill Oil dosage? Together with many other foods and forms of health supplement, the FDA of the United States has not set a recommended dosage for krill oil. However, the FDA has the recommended daily dosage for DHA and EPA and Omega 3 fatty acids which we can apply the same for using krill oil. As per FDA recommendation, the intake of DHA and EPA should be limited to 2 grams per day, in the form of supplements.
With the recommendations mentioned, we may now be able to have a safe krill oil dosage for different individuals. In general, finding the right krill oil dosage level is very much related to the size of the body and metabolism of the person. The dosage of krill oil will vary from person to person.
